Kelley L. Eddington Magana: -
Mrs. Eddington Magana joined Barry University’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CNHS) in 2011. Initially, she served as Operations Manager for the Division of Nursing. In 2013, she was promoted to the Assistant Dean role. She most recently assumed a new role as CNHS Director of Business Operations. In this position, Mrs. Eddington Magana provides overall business and administrative guidance within CNHS. She supports the fulfillment of the College’s initiatives and strategic agenda. As director and senior member of the CNHS leadership team, Mrs. Eddington Magana manages overall internal and external business operations which include developing, interpreting, and implementing policies in collaboration with CNHS’s academic program directors. Prior to joining Barry University, Mrs. Eddington Magana managed investor relations and fund administration for a multi-million dollar healthcare venture firm. She worked strategically to raise two successful funds, while overseeing fund operations. Mrs. Eddington Magana is an active member of the Business Officers of Nursing Schools (BONUS) through the American Association of Colleges of Nursing; National Venture Capital Association; Venture Capital Office Managers Association; Latin American Private Equity & Venture Capital Association; American Marketing Association, the Beacon Council, and the Miami Finance Forum. Mrs. Eddington Magana graduated with a B.A. from the University of Houston and a M.A. from Barry University. She is currently enrolled in the Education Doctorate (EdD) in Organizational Learning and Leadership with specialization in Human Resource Development.
