Session Summary:

Physicians, nurses and hospital administrators must manage the priority of patient care with the demands of business and consumer expectations. Through an interactive dialogue, explore the connection between emotional intelligence, soft skills and business sustainability in healthcare. The session will focus on the non-clinical skills (i.e. communication, self awareness and patient experience) required to meet the dynamic needs of the modern healthcare consumers. We will ask the question, “What would Dr.Disney do?”.
